摘要: 碳质量平衡法是一种新兴的简介测量汽车燃料消耗量的方法,实际使用时需要碳平衡法汽车燃料消耗量检测仪作为标准测量仪器进行校准,利用利用燃料在发动机中燃烧后排气中的碳质量总和与燃料燃烧前的碳质量总和相等的质量守恒定律间接测量汽车燃料消耗量。根据实际需求,开发了一种碳平衡法汽车燃料消耗量检测仪校准方法,依据计量学研究的评价方式及不确定度评估方法,对含碳气体浓度测量装置示值误差、含碳气体浓度测量装置重复性、流量测量装置流量示值误差及流量测量装置流量重复性等计量项目进行校准,并给出了典型设备的校准结果及不确定度评定实例,保证碳平衡法汽车燃料消耗量检测仪的检测结果准确可比,切实维护消费者的权益。
Abstract: Carbon mass balance method is a new method to measure vehicle fuel consumption. In practice, the vehicle fuel consumption detector with carbon mass balance method needs to be calibrated as a standard measuring instrument. Using the law of conservation of mass that the sum of carbon mass in exhaust after fuel combustion is equal to the sum of carbon mass before fuel combustion, the fuel consumption of automobile is indirectly measured. According to actual needs, developed a carbon balance method of vehicle fuel consumption meter calibration method, based on the metrology research way of evaluation and uncertainty evaluation method, for the value of the carbon gas concentration measurement device error, repeatability of carbon gas concentration measurement device, the flow measurement device flow and flow measurement device of error of flow repeatability measurement project for calibration, the calibration results and uncertainty evalua-tion examples of typical equipment are given to ensure the accuracy and comparability of the testing results of the automobile fuel consumption detector for carbon balance method and protect the rights and interests of consumers effectively.
