苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压临床疗效分析
Analysis of Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets on Hypertension
摘要: 目的:对比分析高血压患者临床治疗中苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片应用效果及安全性影响。方法:入选为2017年5月~2019年2月期间于本院以高血压为主诉就诊患者,共86例设为研究对象,开展临床对比研究,按照随机数字抽选法将入选人群随机分为对照组与研究组,各组样本容量均为43例。对照组接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片 + 缬沙坦治疗方案,研究组接受苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片 + 缬沙坦治疗方案。对比两组治疗前后血压、心率、血管舒缩功能指标、血管内皮损伤相关因子,总有效率及药物毒副反应发生率。结果:入院时经临床检查,两组血压、心率、血流动力学指标、生化指标数据组间对比无明显差异,P > 0.05;经临床治疗后,相较同期对照组,研究组血压、心率、血流舒缩功能指标、血管内皮损伤相关因子较对照组均获得显著改善,P < 0.05;两组患者服药后均得到有效降压,且研究组降压总有效率较对照组具有一定优势,但对比无明显统计学差异,P > 0.05;研究组治疗期间药物毒副反应率明显低于对照组,P < 0.05。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片在高血压临床治疗中的应用,可对患者实现有效降压,改善血管内皮功能,减少血管内皮损害,且安全性较高,临床应用价值显著。
Abstract: Objective: To compare and analyze the application effect and safety effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets in clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods: A total of 86 patients with hypertension as the chief complaint in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects to carry out clinical comparative study. They were divided into the control group and the research group according to the results of random number selection method. The sample size of each group was 43 cases. The control group received amlodipine besylate tablets + valsartan treatment scheme, while the study group received levamlodipine besylate tablets + valsartan treatment scheme. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate, vascular endothelial function index, biochemical index data, therapeutic effect and incidence of drug toxicity and side effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After clinical examination on admission, there was no significant difference in blood pressure, heart rate, hemodynamic index and biochemical index between the two groups, P > 0.05. After clinical treatment, compared with the control group at the same time, the blood pressure, heart rate, hemodynamic index and biochemical index data in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group, P < 0.05. Both groups of patients received effective treatment after taking the medicine, and the treatment effect of the study group has certain advantages over the control group, but there is no obvious difference between the two groups, P > 0.05; the adverse drug reaction rate of the study group during treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The application of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the clinical treatment of hypertension can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, improve vascular endothelial function and reduce hemodynamic damage, with high safety and significant clinical application value.
