摘要: 本文研究了零售商是允许有限损失的二级供应链的协调问题，建立了零售商是允许有限损失下的收益共享–期权联合契约的分散决策模型，证明了收益共享–期权联合契约可以实现零售商是允许有限损失的供应链的协调，分析了联合契约实现协调的可行范围，并用数值算例进行验证。
Abstract: This paper studies the coordination problem of the two-level supply chain, retailers are allowed to have limited losses, and establishes the decentralized decision model of revenue sharing and option joint contract. It is proved that the revenue sharing and option contract can realize the coordination of the supply chain with limited losses of retailers, and the feasible scope of the coordination is analyzed and verified by numerical examples.
