聚焦全民健康:“体医融合”背景下运动生理学课程改革的意义及优化策略
Focusing on National Health: The Significance and Optimization Strategy of the Curriculum Reform of Sport Physiology under the Background of “Integration of Sports and Medicine”

摘要: 在“体医融合”背景下,加快推进运动生理学课程教学改革,将体育知识、医学知识等进行有机结合,是践行全民健康和健康关口前移的重要举措。本文首先概述了运动生理学课程教学存在的问题:课程教学中理论与实践脱节、教学模式缺乏新颖性和吸引力、课程团队综合素质有待提升;其次分析了“体医融合”下课程改革对于科学健身实践以及课程本身的重要意义;最后结合教学实践,总结了课程改革的建议:创新教学模式,助力提升学生的专业素养、落实三大转化,筑牢理论与实践结合链、提升教师素养,不断优化教师综合素质、修订教学大纲,深入落实学生中心理念,期待发挥课程的最大效用。
Abstract: Under the background of “integration of sports and medicine”, accelerating the teaching reform of exercise physiology and organically combining sports knowledge and health care knowledge is an important measure to practice national health and advance the health threshold. This paper firstly outlines the problems existing in the teaching of exercise physiology courses: the disconnection between theory and practice in the course teaching, the lack of novelty and attractiveness of the teaching mode, and the overall quality of the course team needs to be improved; secondly, it ana-lyzes the effect of the course reform under the “integration of sports and medicine” on scientific fitness. Practice and the significance of the course itself; finally, combined with teaching practice, summed up the suggestions for curriculum reform: innovative teaching mode, helping to improve students’ professional quality, implementing three major transformations, consolidating the link between theory and practice, improving teachers’ quality, and constantly optimizing. The compre-hensive quality of teachers, the revision of the syllabus, and the in-depth implementation of the student-centered concept are expected to maximize the effectiveness of the curriculum.
