中班幼儿告状行为的原因及对策研究

摘要: 幼儿的告状行为是幼儿进行社会化的重要过程,它属于幼儿与教师之间的一种互动。究其原因与幼儿自身、家庭结构以及幼儿园管理等方面息息相关,面对幼儿的告状行为,教师和家长应透视幼儿告状目的,采取积极的策略;加强家园合作,传递正确的育儿观念;优化教育管理,加强教师的职业培训。
Abstract: Children’s complaint behavior is an important process of children’s socialization, which belongs to an interaction between children and teachers. The reason is closely related to children themselves, families and kindergartens. In the face of children’s complaint behavior, teachers should understand the motivation and purpose of children’s complaint and treat them differently; strengthen home cooperation and transfer the correct concept of child-rearing; optimize education management and strengthen professional training for teachers.
