中医治疗下肢静脉曲张的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

摘要: 下肢静脉曲张作为临床常见的周围血管疾病之一，主要表现为由各种因素引起的静脉瓣功能不全从而导致的静脉内血液倒流，下肢静脉蜿蜒屈曲。现代医学对该病常采取手术治疗，虽有一定疗效，但存在复发率较高、并发症较多、手术风险等问题。随着我国中医药事业蓬勃发展，中医治疗受到越来越多的关注，对下肢静脉曲张的治疗方法也呈多样化，现将近年来中医治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法综述如下，以期为下肢静脉曲张的进一步中医研究和治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Varicose veins of lower extremity, as one of the common peripheral vascular diseases in clinical practice, is mainly manifested as venous blood backflow caused by venous valve insufficiency caused by various factors, and the lower extremity veins are twisted and flexed. In modern medicine, surgery is often used to treat the disease. Although it has a certain effect, there are some problems such as high recurrence rate, more complications and operation risk. With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China, TCM treatment has attracted more and more attention, and the treatment methods of lower extremity varicose veins are diversified. The methods of TCM treatment of lower extremity varicose veins in recent years are summarized as follows, in order to provide reference for further research and treatment of TCM.
