Abstract: Hippo/YAP signaling pathway plays a decisive role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and organ regeneration. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that Hippo/YAP pathway crosstalk with other tumor-related cell signaling pathways, thus affecting the occurrence and development of various tumors. This paper mainly reviews the composition and regulatory mechanism of Hippo/YAP signaling pathway, as well as the function and molecular mechanism of YAP, a key factor of Hippo pathway, in crosstalk with other tumor-related cell signaling pathways. This paper will provide ideas for further exploring and revealing the role of Hippo/YAP pathway in tumorigenesis and thereby developing targeted drugs.
