摘要: 作为个体保持身心健康的重要方式,情绪调节包括了认知重评、表达抑制和注意分散等多种策略,而接受策略作为一种新兴的情绪调节策略,虽然出现的晚但在近年来也受到研究者的广泛关注。本文将从接受策略的概念、研究方法、分类及接受策略对主观情绪体验和生理反应的影响等方面进行阐述,论证接受策略在情绪调节中的作用,并提出未来研究方向。
Abstract: As an important way for individuals to maintain physical and mental health, emotional regulation includes various strategies such as cognitive reappraisal, expression inhibition, and attention dispersion. As an emerging emotional regulation strategy, acceptance strategy, although it emerged late, has also received widespread attention from researchers in recent years. This article will elaborate on the concept, research methods, classification, and impact of acceptance strategies on subjective emotional experience and physiological responses, demonstrate the role of acceptance strategies in emotional regulation, and propose future research directions.
