秦汉时期女性法律地位对新时代社会的思考

Reflections on the Legal Status of Women in the Qin and Han Dynasties: Society in the New Era

摘要: 秦汉时期女性的法律地位是社会环境所决定的。尽管秦汉时期女性地位有所提高，但是由于身处男权社会，女性法律地位的提高举步维艰。从秦汉时期女性法律地位透析到新时代女性权益保护，随着新《中华人民共和国妇女保障法》的颁布，女性权益保护的呼声不断提高。新时代拓展女性保护手段，加强女性权益应成为构建和谐社会的重中之重。

Abstract: The legal status of women in the Qin and Han dynasties was determined by the social environment. Although the status of women improved during the Qin and Han dynasties, the improvement of women’s legal status was difficult due to their patriarchal society. From the analysis of women’s legal status in the Qin and Han dynasties to the protection of women’s rights and interests in the new era, with the promulgation of the new Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Women, the voice for the protection of women’s rights and interests has been continuously improved. In the new era, expanding women’s protection means and strengthening women’s rights and interests should become the top priority of building a harmonious society.
