泰勒课程开发经典理论述评
A Review of the Classical Theory of Taylor Curriculum Development
摘要: 泰勒(Ralah W. Tyler)是美国著名教育家、课程理论家,被誉为“现代课程之父”、“课程评价之父”。他的泰勒原理自产生开始就对整个教育界产生持续的影响,直到今天仍然是里程碑式的存在。本文首先是分析了泰勒原理产生的历史背景,包括其思想渊源和以八年研究为核心的理论基础。其次是以《课程与教学的基本原理》一书为基础,提炼了其核心内容,包括明确学习目标、选择学习经验、组织学习经验和展开学习评价四个方面。最后是通过对泰勒的原理的梳理总结笔者由此所得到的启示,包括引领学校课程建设、推动学校课程改革、以学生为本促发展和启迪教师队伍专业化四个方面。
Abstract:
Ralph W. Taylor is a famous American educator and curriculum theorist, known as “the father of modern curriculum” and “the father of curriculum evaluation”. His Taylor Principle has had a last-ing influence on the whole educational field since its inception, and is still a landmark existence today. First of all, this paper analyzes the historical background of Taylor’s principle, including its ideological origin and theoretical foundation based on eight years of research. Secondly, based on the Basic Principles of Curriculum and Teaching, it refines its core contents, including four aspects: clear learning objectives, selection of learning experience, organization of learning experience and development of learning evaluation. Finally, the author summarizes the enlightenment from Tay-lor’s theory, including leading school curriculum construction, promoting school curriculum reform, promoting student-oriented development and inspiring teachers to professionalize.
