基于CiteSpace的我国政府信任研究现状及热点分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Hot Spots of China’s Government Trust Research Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 政府信任是社会进步的重要标志，对建设服务型、责任型政府具有重要的意义。为探究我国政府信任的研究热点与发展趋势，本文利用CNKI数据库和CiteSpace软件，对政府信任研究领域的2011~2022年的500篇文献进行了可视化分析，并绘制了科研合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类时间线以及关键词突发性检测等图谱。研究发现，政府信任基本概念的厘清和政府信任类型的划分及其差异、政府信任的来源和下降原因、提升政府信任度的方法和对策是近年来我国政府信任的研究热点；而修复政府信任、注重公民的预测性感知是该领域研究的发展趋势。

Abstract: Government trust is an important symbol of social progress, and is of great significance to the construction of a service-oriented and responsible government. In order to explore the research hotspots and development trend of government trust in China, this paper uses CNKI database and CiteSpace software to visualize and analyze 500 documents from 2011~2022 in the field of government trust research, and draws the maps of research cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering timeline, and keyword mutation detection. It is found that the clarification of the basic concept of government trust and the division of government trust types and their differences, the sources and reasons for the decline of government trust, and the methods and countermeasures to enhance government trust are the research hotspots of government trust in China in recent years; and repairing government trust and focusing on the predictive perception of the citizens are the development trends of research in this field.
