摘要: 人口老龄化是当今社会面临的一个重要问题。随着医疗技术的不断发展和民众生活水平的提高，人们的平均寿命不断延长。但是另外一方面，尽管人们的物质生活水平不断提高，随之而来的是民众生活压力的增加，这导致很多人出现“不敢生，害怕生”的心理负担，进而人口生育率呈现不断下降的趋势。生育率下降衍生出来的另外一个问题便是人口老龄化越来越明显。在这样的新形势下，众多行业不得不面临发展改革和行业创新，旅游业若想得到长久稳定的发展更是如此。在这种背景下，旅游业作为一种重要的服务业，也面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。本文旨在探讨人口老龄化背景下旅游业的发展策略，为从事旅游行业者提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Population aging is an important issue today’s society facing. With the continuous development of medical technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s average life expectancy continues to extend. On the other hand, despite the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards, there has been an increase in the pressure on people’s lives, which has led to a psychological burden of “not daring to have children, afraid to have children”, and thus the population fertility rate has shown a continuous downward trend. Another issue arising from the decline in fertility rate is the increasingly obvious aging of the population. In such a new situation, many industries have to face development reform and industry innovation, especially if the tourism industry wants to achieve long-term and stable development. In this context, the tourism industry, as an important service industry, also faces enormous challenges and opportunities. This article aims to explore the development strategies of the tourism industry in the context of an aging population, providing some reference and inspiration for those engaged in the tourism industry.
