Abstract: This paper discusses the importance of the construction of ideological and political courses digital teaching case library in colleges and universities. It analyzes the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political courses digital teaching case library in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions. The problems include content construction and management, technology and tool application, knowledge management and sharing, teacher team, student participation, policy and management environment and so on. The countermeasures include the establishment of unified resource selection and evaluation standards; the selection of appropriate platforms and the establishment of operating procedures; the establishment of a unified teaching case library platform and sharing mechanism; strengthening training, improving the level of digital teaching teachers; strengthening guidance and guidance, improving the degree of student participation; strengthening policy support, improving the management system.
