教练技术支撑下的病理生理学情景剧教学方式的探索

摘要: 目的:在病理生理学教学中,采用教练技术支撑下的情景剧双融通的教学模式,完成教学内容,激发学习兴趣和自主学习能力。方法:护理专业2021级学生61人,设置10人为一组。在指导教师以教练技术支撑下,各小组完成情景剧角色扮演,微短剧拍摄和展演,并且完成了有关情景剧创排活动的满意度和自主学习能力问卷。结果:学生完成病理生理学的情景剧10个的微短剧和展演,完成有关情景剧创排活动的满意度和自主学习能力问卷,每个方面满意度均达80%以上。结论:教练技术支撑下的情景剧学习,学生可以在模拟情景中接近真实医疗实践,完成自我挑战和成长,充分融通基础医学和临床医学的理论和实践,培养医学综合能力,激发了学习兴趣和内在学习动力。
Abstract: Objective: In the teaching of pathophysiology, the teaching mode of situational play under the support of coaching technology is adopted to complete the teaching content, and stimulate the learning interest and autonomous learning ability. Method: 61 students of the 2021 grade in the nursing major are set up with 10 people as a group. Under the guidance of the instructor supported by the coaching technology, each group completed the role-playing of situational play, the shooting, and the exhibition of the micro-short drama. The students also achieved the questionnaire on the satisfaction of situational play arrangement activities and autonomous learning ability. Result: The students completed the micro-short dramas and exhibitions of 10 situational plays of pathophysiology. The questionnaire on the satisfaction of the situational play creation and arrangement activities and autonomous learning ability has been completed, and the satisfaction in each aspect reaches more than 80%. Conclusion: Through learning with the situational play under the support of coaching technology, students can approach the real medical practice in the simulated situation, complete self-challenge and growth, they integrate the theories and practices between basic medicine and clinical medicine, and cultivate the comprehensive ability of medicine. This teaching mode has stimulated the learning interest and intrinsic learning motivation.
