刘志迎，中国科学技术大学教授（二级）、博士生导师，国家社科重大项目首席专家，省级研究生教学名师，多项基金委自然基金面上项目负责人，多项国家社科基金项目和各类省部级软科学项目负责人，全国社会科学普及名家称号，安徽科技创新综合智库负责人，中国创新学派主要代表人物之一。现任中国科学技术大学EMBA中心主任，省部级重点研究基地中国科大创新研究中心主任；国家发改委中宏观察家（中国宏观经济观察家）。
