吴有基，台湾联合大学电机工程学系教授。毕业于美国乔治亚理工学院，获得电机暨计算机工程博士学位。IEEE资深会员，论文“Real-time Simulation Implementation of Protective Relay Systems”获得IS3C2012最佳论文奖。IEEE Power Engineering Society，IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Part B.，IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics，中国工程学刊，中国电机工程学刊等刊物论文审核员。美国Gamma Beta Phi荣誉协会会员，美国Pi Mu Epsilon数学荣誉协会会员。
