杨建华，博士，北京科技大学东凌经济管理学院教授，博士生导师。参加或主持了多项国家863应用示范工程项目、国家自然科学基金、省部级项目。作为技术负责人主持电力物资备件管理项目、大型企业供应管理系统规划设计与开发、集团整体产销信息系统的计划分系统、跨组织知识管理战略与实施等。
