张道农，现就职于华北电力设计院工程有限公司，教授级高级工程师，设计总工程师。

研究领域

电力系统规划及设计、继电保护、安全自动装置、电力系统自动化、电力系统控制、智能电网（含多种新能源发电）、PMU及WAMS（相量测量）

主要成就

完成工程400余项（其中国家重点工程100余项），设计国内外总承包、国际工程（蒙古、印度尼西亚、尼日利亚、白俄罗斯等）、国家电网全国联网工程、大型发电厂（500MW、600MW、1000MW）工程、华北电网电力系统二次规划、大型电厂（及变电站）接入系统、大型电厂（及变电站）初步设计、大型电厂（及变电站）施工设计、大型电厂（及变电站）可行性研究、风电规划等工作。
