宋福强,博士,黑龙江大学及东北林业大学博士生导师。现为黑龙江省生态学领军人才梯队带头人,黑龙江省寒区生态修复与资源利用重点实验室主任,黑龙江大学教授(二级)、生态学博士一级学科授权点学科带头人。
