易芝玲，现任中国科学院计算技术研究所研究员、博士生导师，香港应用科技研究院（简称香港应科院）副总裁。1987年获得Stanford大学电机工程系博士学位。先后于美国贝尔实验室、台湾工研院电通所、香港应用科技研究院工作，致力于通信领域，申请专利60余项，在国际知名杂志及会议上发表论文80多篇。

主要研发领域为多模多功能系统技术、低功耗高频谱效率无线接入技术、微型化技术、服务及应用平台技术
