周元德，清华大学水利水电系副教授、副研究员、博导，国际工程地质与环境学会（IAEG）中国国家小组成员，国际SCI期刊Minerals Engineering编委，水力发电学报期刊的责任编辑。获教育部科技进步一等奖1项（2012年），国家科技进步二等奖1项（2012年），Sinorock 2013最佳中国青年论文奖。
