基本情况

魏文学,研究员,博士生导师,中科院百人计划入选者,现任中国科学院桃源农业生态站站长。1982年和1985年在华中农业大学土壤农化专业获学士和硕士学位2001年获英国Wolverhampton大学植物分子生物学专业博士学位。先后在华中农业大学、WestScotland大学(英国)和Durham大学(英国)从事教学和科研工作,并在英国Newcastle大学、英国洛桑试验站(RothamstedResearch)、新西兰Lincoln大学和德国Bayreuth大学短期访问和合作研究。

 

研究领域

主要研究方向为土壤微生物分子生态,重点围绕农田生态系统碳、氮、磷循环过程的微生物作用机理及调控技术开展研究,包括土壤碳氮耦合的微生物生态学机理,NO3-在土壤中转化与迁移的微生物驱动和调控机理;温室气体CO2CH4N2O等的产生与释放的微生物微生物过程机制和调控技术;全球气候变化条件下土壤碳氮磷循环过程及功能微生物的响应机制与调控。
