基本情况

徐开达,西安交通大学信息与通信工程学院教授、博士生导师。曾先后在美国杜克大学、香港城市大学、美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校、日本东北大学、横滨国立大学、西班牙阿尔卡拉大学等海/境外著名高校留学工作近7年。2024年于日本东北大学获得第二个博士学位。入选日本学术振兴会JSPS学者、欧盟玛丽居里学者,首批西安交大“思源学者”。

 

研究方向

射频/微波/毫米波/太赫兹器件及集成电路、天线及阵列、基于石墨烯等二维新型材料的器件
