基本信息
刘凤敏,吉林大学教授,博士生导师,吉林大学“唐敖庆学者”英才教授,吉林省拔尖创新人才。在Sens. Actuators B、ACS Appl. Mat. Interfaces、Solar Energy Material Solar Cell等期刊共发表SCI检索论文160余篇,论文被SCI他引6000余次。已主持国家自然科学基金4项、科技部重点研发计划课题1项,获授权发明专利20余项。
学术经历
2000年6月本科毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,同年被推荐免试攻读研究生学位,2003年7月留校任教,2005年6月获吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2007至2009年在中科院长春应用化学研究所从事博士后工作,2012至2013年作为访问学者在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)留学一年。
研究方向
基于半导体氧化物的能源和环境领域的电子器件,包括气体传感器件和太阳能电池。
气体传感器件:半导体氧化物SnO2,ZnO,Fe2O3,In2O3,NiO等传感材料设计与制备、气体传感器件结构优化与性能分析。
太阳能电池:聚合物太阳能电池界面工程,如阳极/阴极界面层的设计与器件性能分析;染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极层的微纳结构调控与研究。
