上海市优秀青年护理人才，护理专业技术与管理人才，中国医药教育协会新生儿护理分会主任委员，中华护理学会儿科专委会专家库成员，上海市护理学会理事以及儿科专委会委员。工作以来先后主持国家重点研发计划子项目、上海市科委以及卫健委项目、中国-加拿大临床研究项目、上海市申康医院发展中心项目、全国医学教育发展中心医学模拟教育研究项目等二十项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文20篇。
