2. 蛋白材料&生物康复
1. 基于临床需求,自主开发了小分子蛋白结构、功能及新新制剂研究,获得了10秒内快速止血及组织修复的产品,正在申报国家医用敷料证书;基于传质理论设计及建立了多种程序性给药系统,丰富了肿瘤、胃癌等重大疾病治疗手段,其结果为药物新剂型临床研究提供重要技术支撑。
2. 提出了以力-电耦合视角进行脑血管疾病发生发展机制及干预研究;建立了脑血管疾病发生、发展过程中的时空模型,寻找疾病的力学和分子标志物,确定其物理参数阈值,建立脑血管疾病的力构建疾病预警参数模型,并提出干预新技术,作为学科带头人整合学校资源成立了重庆大学脑科学协同创新中心。
3. 建立了重楼、仙鹤草、青蒿、熊胆粉等药材的物质基础研究,提出“克服负反馈现象,提高有效成分得率”的新技术,发现了新单体化合物或具有活性功能的新部位;克服负反馈新型提取技术在上海凯宝痰热清注射液工艺中成功应用,累计新增产值12亿。以此为基础,王伯初领导的研究团队提出了“化学等值、生物等效”研究珍稀濒危药材新思路,通过研究不同区域黑熊肠道内跟胆汁酸转化相关的微生物区系分布,发现了熊及禽胆汁差异微生物群;设计了复杂基质双酶转化系统,攻克了其产业化关键技术屏障,在体外实现了公斤级转化,且达到了“生物等效、化学等值”的培育熊胆粉目标,其内容已列入国家重大新药创制项目。
