基本情况
姚泽恩，兰州大学核科学与技术学院教授，博士研究生导师。兰州大学中子应用技术教育部工程研究中心主任，兰州大学中子物理与应用技术研究所所长。中国核学会粒子加速器分会理事会理事；中国核学会核测试与分析分会理事会理事；中子科学与技术全国重点实验室学术委员会委员；《原子核物理评论》、《原子能科学技术》、《Nuclear Science and Techniques》、《Nuclear Analysis》等期刊编委会编委。
主要从事粒子物理与原子核物理、核科学与技术方面的教学科研工作，研究方向为中子物理与中子应用技术。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、面上项目3项；主持科技部国家重大科学仪器开发专项子任务1项、重点研发计划子任务1项；主持军工项目1项；主持各种横向协作项目10余项。主持完成了强流中子发生器的研制，为快中子物理研究平台建设奠定了基础；主持完成了紧凑型中子发生器的研制，实现了从“0”从“1”的突破，为中子应用技术系统研发奠定了小型化可控中子源基础。发表学术论文160余篇，获授权专利6件，软件著作权8件。获宝钢教育基金优秀教师、兰州大学和甘肃省优秀博士论文指导教师、首届中国核工业教育学会优秀博士论文指导教师、兰州大学“师德标兵”、兰州大学 “师德师风”先进个人等荣誉称号。
