基本情况
方娟,教授、博士生导师,北京工业大学计算机学院副院长,全国高等学校计算机教育研究会优秀教师,北京市课程思政教学名师,北京市优秀人才等。担任信息技术新工科产学研联盟理事,北京物联网学会常务理事,中国计算机学会杰出会员,中国电子学会高级会员。担任计算机科学与技术系主任,体系结构研究所所长,国家一流本科专业建设点负责人。曾于2005年和2012年两次受国家留学基金委(CSC)资助赴美国进行学术交流访问两年,并多次赴美国、英国、澳大利亚、荷兰、新加坡、中国香港等国家和地区交流或访问。连续多年指导本科生获得华为ICT大赛全球赛奖项,发表教学论文20余篇,主编/参编教材11本,译著2本,曾获多项教育教学成果奖,2023年获评北京工业大学“立德树人榜样”我心目中最喜爱的老师称号。

近年来主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、北京市科委、北京市教委等科研项目,参与多项国家重点研发计划项目,承担了华为、飞腾等科研项目,相关成果在国产处理器中成功应用。相关成果在IEEE汇刊等国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文100余篇,授权中国/美国/日本发明专利39项,参与制定4项国家标准,2项专利成果转化。担任JPDS、TMC、IoT、JCSC、TJSC、计算机学报、软件学报、计算机研究与发展、通信学报等中英文期刊审稿人。
