陈海霞,博士,天津大学药物科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师。国家科技部重点研发项目国际合作专项首席科学家;天津市中青年科技创新领军人才;天津市“131”创新型人才第一层次人选;爱思唯尔中国高被引学者” (20232024);全球2%顶尖科学家(年度/终身)”;全球顶尖前10万科学家”。
