刘晓婷，浙江大学公共管理学院教授、副系主任、博士生导师，浙江大学政策研究室副主任（双专）、浙江大学老龄和健康研究中心主任、浙江大学温州研究院智慧健康评估中心主任。香港中文大学社会福利哲学博士学位，加州大学伯克利分校、英国南安普顿大学访问学者，入选浙江省高层次人才特殊支持计划宣传文化青年人才、浙江省“之江青年社科学者行动计划”。
