基本情况
毛新华,教授,博士生导师,湖南涟源人。军委装发某专家组专家,航天科技集团某研究中心学术委员会委员,江苏省优青,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。长期从事雷达成像领域研究,在成像理论方面,系统性提出了具有原创性的球面几何算法和两维自聚焦算法新理论;在工程应用方面,解决了大机动、大斜视和超高分辨率等复杂条件下机载、弹载和星载合成孔径雷达成像信号处理面临的多个关键难题。成功处理国内大量雷达研究所的各种不同成像雷达数据,积累了丰富的实测数据处理经验,开发了多种具备工程应用价值的算法和软件,开发的多种成像算法在中电科技、中航工业、航天科工、航天科技等雷达主机所多种国防重点型号中获得实际应用, 包括机载火控雷达、D 载制导雷达、无人侦察雷达、微型多旋翼无人机雷达、星载 SAR 雷达等。获国家科技进步二等奖、国防科技进步一等奖、国防技术发明二等奖、国防科技进步三等奖和国际会议最优论文奖等荣誉。
