许斌，博士，华侨大学土木工程学院教授、博士生导师，闽江学者，福建省智能基础设施与监测重点实验室主任，华侨大学结构安全与可持续性国际合作研究中心主任。2007年受邀以Gledden高级访问学者身份到澳大利亚西澳大学开展合作研究，2008年受邀以访问教授身份到美国休斯敦大学开展合作研究。
