摘要: 语言是一个民族智慧的精华。对于汉语和西班牙语的对比研究，目前许多学者大多是从语音、语法、语境等方面进行探析，极少拓展到谚语的角度对比。西班牙语和汉语谚语源于生活，源远流长，文化内涵极其丰富，其常用生动形象、言简意赅的语言符号，来准确地描述社会现象、自然法则，简练地阐述人文风俗和思想感情，因此谚语的研究对于学习语言和文化交际必不可少。文章从宗教信仰、饮食习惯、地域环境、价值观念等几个方面对中西谚语在不同文化背景下的差异进行了对比，并从西汉语谚语的不同之处出发，从物质和文化环境角度来探讨两国谚语的形成和发展。本文将列举出西汉谚语翻译中常见的方法，包括直译，意译，省略等，通过这些方法，我们可以更深入地分析两国谚语，并在交流过程中达到“信，达，雅”的效果。对文化差异的了解和对翻译策略的探析有利于新时代下中西两国人民的相互交流与互鉴，从而推动彼此的友好交流。

Abstract: Language is the essence of a nation’s wisdom. For the comparative study of Chinese and Spanish, many scholars nowadays mostly analyze them from the aspects of phonetics, grammar and context, but seldom extend to the perspective of proverbs. Spanish and Chinese proverbs originate from life, have a long history and are extremely rich in cultural connotation. They are often used as vivid and concise language symbols to accurately describe social phenomena, natural laws, and concisely explain human customs and thoughts and feelings, so the study of proverbs is essential for learning language and cultural communication. The article compares the differences between Chinese and Spanish proverbs in different cultural contexts in terms of religious beliefs, dietary habits, regional environments, and values, and examines the formation and development of proverbs in both countries from the perspective of their physical and cultural environments in light of the differences between Spanish and Chinese proverbs. In this paper, we will list the common methods of translating Spanish and Chinese proverbs, including direct translation, paraphrase, and omission, through which we can analyze the proverbs of the two countries in greater depth and achieve the effect of “faithfulness, elegance, and quality” in the process of communication. The understanding of cultural differences and the analysis of translation strategies are conducive to the mutual exchange and appreciation between Chinese and Spanish people in the new era, thus promoting the friendly exchange between them.
