CT引导下单纯性¹²⁵I粒子组织间插植近距离放射性治疗老年性肺癌的近期疗效观察

Observation of the Short-Term Efficacy of CT-Guided ¹²⁵I Interstitial Implantation Close Range Radioactivity Treatment of Senile Lung Cancer

摘要: 目的：探讨CT引导下单纯性¹²⁵I粒子组织间插植近距离放射性治疗老年性肺癌的近期疗效。方法：46例肺癌患者，术前应用治疗计划系统(TPS)计算出目的病灶的剂量和布源方案，在用CT引导进行粒子植入治疗，术后2月CT随访观察疗效。结果：术后2月疗效评价总有效率分别为89.3%，临床症状缓解率均在70%以上，并发症以气胸和痰中带血为主。结论：CT引导下单纯性¹²⁵I粒子组织间插植近距离放射性治疗老年性肺癌安全有效，并发症少、轻，近期疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the short-term efficacy of CT-guided ¹²⁵I interstitial implantation close range radioactivity treatment of senile lung cancer. Methods: First, we used Treatment Planning System (TPS) to calculate the dosage of tumour focus and the plan for 46 cases of senile lung cancer. Then, we treated them with CT-guided particle implantation. Two month later, we conducted postopera-tion follow-up visit and observed the curative effect. Results: the total effective rate of therapeutic evaluation was 89.3% after two month. The remission rate of clinical symptom was more than 70 percent. There were mainly pneumothorax and blood-stained sputum in complication. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to use CT-guided pure ¹²⁵I interstitial implantation close range radioactivity to treat senile lung cancer. The complication was less and not serious. Short-term effects were outstanding.
