联盟企业合作创新模式探析

Studying on models of Union business cooperation innovation

摘要: 以寻求创新模式和增强创新能力为目的，分析了联盟企业合作创新的原因与动机，提出创新模式的选择和影响联盟创新过程中技术能力的培育和养成的关键因素，以增强联盟企业合作创新能力的四项措施作为本文的主要观点。

Abstract: For seeking the innovation model and strengthening the innovation ability, the author analyses the reasons and motivations of Union business cooperation innovation, puts forward the choice of innovative model and the key factors impacting developing and coming into being technological capacities in Union business innovating, and takes the four main measures to enhance the ability of cooperation innovation between Union businesses as the main conclusions of this article.
