积极老龄化视角下老年人的网络参与研究

A Study of Older People’s Online Participation from an Active Aging Perspective

摘要: 在老龄化社会快速发展的背景下，老年人网络参与日益成为社会各界关注的焦点。然而，尽管信息技术的普及为老年人提供了新的社交和生活支持渠道，但他们在技术适应、网络安全以及社会融入等方面仍面临诸多挑战。本文在积极老龄化视角下，系统梳理了老年人网络参与的现状，分析其在实际参与中遇到的主要困境，并从技术、教育和社会支持三方面提出相应的对策，旨在为老年人更好地融入数字社会提供理论和实践支持。研究表明，通过适老化智能技术的发展、数字技能培训的强化，以及家庭和社会支持的增强，可有效提高老年人的网络参与度，进而促进其生活质量和社会参与度的提升。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of an aging society, the online participation of older persons has increasingly become a focus of attention for all sectors of society. However, although the popularization of information technology has provided new social and life support channels for the elderly, they still face many challenges in terms of technological adaptation, cybersecurity and social integration. In this paper, under the perspective of positive aging, we systematically sort out the current situation of older people’s online participation, analyze the main dilemmas encountered in their actual participation, and propose corresponding countermeasures in terms of technology, education, and social support, with the aim of providing theoretical and practical support for older people to better integrate into the digital society. The study shows that through the development of age-appropriate intelligent technology, the strengthening of digital skills training, and the enhancement of family and social support, the online participation of the elderly can be effectively improved, which in turn promotes the improvement of their quality of life and social participation.
