Natures of Taixi (KI3) Acupoint and Its Clinical Application

摘要: 通过对历代医家关于太溪穴记载内容的整理，从太溪穴的穴名穴义、多样穴性和功效主治进行分析，按照病因病机的不同，通过引用古籍及现代研究成果举例论证，归纳总结出其在经气阻滞、肾精失养、阴阳失衡、气机失畅和水液失调方面的广泛运用，此外还提出并探讨了太溪穴在疟疾、霍乱等传染性疾病中的特殊表现，以进一步拓展太溪穴主治范围。文章中亦指出了太溪穴主治有待证实、挖掘和探索之处，以期为临床相关实验研究提供更多思路。

Abstract: Through the compilation of the contents of the Taixi acupoint recorded by physicians in the past dynasties, the paper analyzed the naming and point meanings, the various points, and the efficacy of the Taixi acupoint. According to the different etiology and pathogenesis, it summarized their wide application in the aspects of meridian Qi blockage, kidney essence deficiency, Yin and Yang imbalance, Qi movement inhibited, and body fluid imbalance by quoting ancient books and modern research results. The special performance of the Taixi acupoint in infectious diseases such as malaria and cholera is discussed to further expand the scope of the Taixi acupoint. In addition, the paper also puts forward the indications of the Taixi acupoint to be confirmed, excavated, and explored in order to provide more ideas for clinical experimental research.
