摘要: 多发肋骨骨折作为胸部外伤中的常见类型,常伴随严重的胸壁不稳定、呼吸功能障碍及潜在的生命威胁。传统治疗方法包括保守治疗和开放手术治疗,但均存在不同程度的局限性。近年来,随着微创技术的发展,胸腔镜技术逐渐应用于多发肋骨骨折的治疗中,其以创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少等优势,成为当前研究的热点。本文旨在通过综述近期相关文献,探讨经胸腔镜辅助下内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床疗效、优势、手术技巧及未来发展方向,并与传统治疗方法进行了对比分析。结果表明,胸腔镜辅助下治疗多发肋骨骨折能够准确定位骨折断端,实现精准复位和固定,有效减轻患者疼痛,促进呼吸功能恢复,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果和患者生活质量。因此,胸腔镜辅助下治疗多发肋骨骨折具有广阔的临床应用前景,值得进一步推广和研究。近年来,随着微创外科技术的发展,胸腔镜辅助下的内固定术逐渐成为治疗多发肋骨骨折的重要方法。
Abstract: Multiple rib fractures are a common type of chest trauma and are often accompanied by severe chest wall instability, respiratory dysfunction, and potentially life-threatening injuries. Traditional treatment methods include conservative treatment and open surgical treatment, but both have varying degrees of limitations. In recent years, with the development of minimally invasive techniques, thoracoscopic techniques have been gradually applied to the treatment of multiple rib fractures, which has become a hot spot in current research due to its advantages of less trauma, less pain, faster recovery and fewer complications. The purpose of this article is to review the recent relevant literature to explore the clinical efficacy, advantages, surgical skills and future development direction of thoracoscopy-assisted internal fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures, and to compare and analyze the treatment methods with traditional treatments. The results showed that the thoracoscopy-assisted treatment of multiple rib fractures could accurately locate the fracture end, achieve precise reduction and fixation, effectively reduce the pain of patients, promote the recovery of respiratory function, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. Therefore, thoracoscopy-assisted treatment of multiple rib fractures has broad clinical application prospects, which is worthy of further promotion and research. In recent years, with the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques, thoracoscopy-assisted internal fixation has gradually become an important method for the treatment of multiple rib fractures.
