Treating Alopecia Areata by Distinguishing Deficiency from Deficiency, Regulating Qi and Blood, Regulating Liver and Kidney

摘要: 斑秃是皮肤科常见的慢性、非瘢痕性的毛发脱落性疾病，其影响外观，易反复发作。本文以虚实为纲，阐述斑秃的病机以虚为本，以实为标，以及发病时间与虚实转换的关系，以理气血、调肝肾为治则，以期为临床提供新的临床思路。

Abstract: Alopecia areata is a common chronic, non-cicatricial hair shedding disease in dermatology, which affects the appearance and is prone to recurrent attacks. In this paper, the pathogenesis of alopecia areata is based on vacuity, marked by reality, the relationship between the onset time and the conversion of vacuity and reality, and the regulation of qi and blood, liver and kidney as the treatment principle, in order to provide a new clinical idea for the clinic.
