基于有限元仿真的手机支架结构参数优化
Structural Parameter Optimization of Mobile Phone Stand Based on Finite Element Simulation
摘要: 本研究聚焦于手机支架的结构优化,旨在通过计算机辅助设计和有限元分析提升其性能。首先,在SolidWorks软件中构建了手机支架的三维模型,并将其导出为IGS格式文件。随后,该模型被导入ABAQUS软件进行静力学分析。研究采用了正交实验设计方法,通过仿真实验,发现增加壁厚能显著增强支架的刚性,有效降低在负载作用下的变形和应力集中现象。尽管倒角和圆角对支架性能的影响不如壁厚显著,但它们在改善支架整体性能方面同样发挥着重要作用。本研究的结论为手机支架的结构参数设计提供了新的视角和参考依据。
Abstract: This research focuses on the structural optimization of mobile phone stand, aiming to improve its performance through computer-aided design and finite element analysis. First, a 3D model of the phone stand was built in SolidWorks software and exported as an IGS format file. The model was then imported into ABAQUS software for statics analysis. The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted in the study. Through simulation experiments, it was found that increasing the wall thickness can significantly enhance the rigidity of the support, and effectively reduce the deformation and stress concentration under the action of load. Although the influence of chamfer and fillet on the performance of the bracket is not as significant as the wall thickness, they also play an important role in improving the overall performance of the bracket. The conclusion of this study provides a new perspective and reference for the structural parameter design of mobile phone stand.
