残角子宫合并子宫腺肌病1例并文献分析

Residual Horn Uterus Complicated with Adenomyosis: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 残角子宫是一种先天性的生殖道畸形，在临床上发病率极低，患者易发生痛经、异位妊娠、不孕、流产等，从而影响生活质量。尽管目前已有多种辅助检查帮助诊断，但该病在临床上仍然容易误诊，本文通过报道1例残角子宫合并子宫腺肌病患者最终行腹腔镜下残角子宫切除的临床资料，并复习相关文献，对残角子宫的分型、临床表现、诊断以及治疗进行分析，提高临床医生对该病的认识，对疾病进行早发现、早诊断、早治疗，从而提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Residual horn uterus is a congenital malformation of the reproductive tract with a very low clinical incidence, and patients are prone to dysmenorrhea, ectopic pregnancy, infertility, and miscarriage, thus affecting the quality of life. Although a variety of auxiliary tests are available to help diagnose the disease, it is still easy to misdiagnose the disease clinically. In this article, we report the clinical data of a patient with Residual horn uterus combined with adenomyosis who finally underwent laparoscopic stumpy hysterectomy, and review the relevant literature, so as to analyze the typology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of stumpy uterus, to improve the clinician’s understanding of the disease, and to carry out early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, thereby improving the patient’s life quality, early diagnosis and treatment of the disease, thus improving the quality of life of patients.
