中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Resistance

摘要: 目的：应用CiteSpace文献计量学方法对中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, PCOS)伴胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistant, IR)的研究进程与方向进行可视化分析。方法：检索中国知网数据库和Web of Science核心合集数据库2002~2022年中医药治疗PCOS-IR的相关文献，通过CiteSpace6.1R3软件绘制相应的知识图谱，对作者、机构、关键词共现、突现和聚类进行分析。结果：共纳入中文文献1065篇，英文文献436篇，侯丽辉、Stener victorin、Elisabet分别是中、英文发文量最多的作者，国内对该领域研究成果比国外多且起步早。主要研究内容有中医药治疗PCOS-IR的作用机制、中医特色疗法、中药药理分析、临床疗效观察等方面。结论：研究者们未来会聚焦于中医疗法对PCOS-IR作用机制的研究，注重内治法联合外治法或中西医结合治疗，并尽可能地开展动物试验探讨其起效的作用机理，以期对该疾病临床诊疗提供一定指导。

Abstract: Objective: To visually analyze the research process and direction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance by CiteSpace bibliometrics. Methods: Search China knowledge net database and Web of Science core collection database related literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS-IR from 2002 to 2022, draw the corresponding knowledge graph through CiteSpace6.1R3 software, and analyze the co-occurrence, emergence and clustering of authors, institutions and keywords. Results: After screening, 1065 literatures were included in CNKI database and 436 literatures were included in Web of Science core database. The author co-occurrence analysis shows that the largest number of publications at home and abroad are Hou Lihui and Stener victorin, Elisabet. Domestic research results in this field are more than foreign countries and started earlier. The main research contents include the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS-IR, characteristic therapies of Chinese medicine, pharmacological analysis of Chinese medicine, and observation of clinical efficacy. Conclusion: In the future, researchers will focus on the role of TCM in the prevention, regression and healing of PCOS-IR, emphasizing the combination of internal and external therapies or the combination of Chinese and Western medicines, as well as conducting animal experiments as much as possible to explore the mechanism of its effect, with a view to providing some guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
