Recurrence after Excision of Fibroadenoma of the Breast: 3 Cases of Invasive Cribriform Carcinoma

摘要: 目的：旨在为乳腺纤维腺瘤术后患者以及乳腺浸润性筛状癌(ICC)患者提供具体且实用的临床诊断和治疗参考。方法：通过回顾性分析3例有乳腺良性肿瘤切除史并出现复发恶变的患者临床资料，涵盖病史、临床表现、检查结果、手术及病理诊断、免疫组化等方面，并进行综合讨论分析。结果：3例患者在二次手术中均被病理确诊为乳腺浸润性筛状癌伴低–中核级导管原位癌(DCIS)，她们的临床特征和免疫组化结果各有特色，且根据病情均接受了相应的手术和后续治疗。结论：本研究突显了乳腺浸润性筛状癌与乳腺良性肿瘤切除史之间的相关性，并强调了长期随访与综合诊疗策略在改善这类罕见乳腺癌患者预后中的关键作用。

Abstract: Objective: To provide specific and practical references and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of invasive cribriform carcinoma of the breast (ICC). Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 3 patients with a history of breast benign tumor resection and recurrent malignancy was conducted, including medical history, clinical manifestations, examination results, surgical and pathological diagnosis, immunohistochemistry, etc., and a comprehensive discussion and analysis were performed. Results: The secondary surgical pathology of all three patients was confirmed as ICC with low-to-intermediate nuclear grade ductal carcinoma in situ. Each patient had unique clinical features and immunohistochemical results, and all underwent corresponding surgery and subsequent treatment based on their condition. Conclusion: The correlation between ICC and a history of breast benign tumor resection is highlighted, emphasizing the key role of long-term follow-up and comprehensive diagnostic and treatment strategies in improving the prognosis of this rare type of breast cancer.
