阎小萍运用中药联合白芍总苷治疗SAPHO综合征1例

One Case of Yan Xiaoping Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with TGP in Treating SAPHO Syndrome

摘要: SAPHO综合征是一类罕见的自身免疫性疾病，疾病晚期可导致全身多关节活动受限，甚至致残。本文对全国名中医阎小萍教授运用中西医结合治疗SAPHO综合征1例进行介绍，阎教授认为，本病以肝肾亏虚为主要病因病机，风、寒、湿三气杂至为主要致病因素，邪气入侵导致气血运行不畅则肌肉关节疼痛不利，寒湿内蕴从阳化热则生脓疮，治疗当以补肾养肝、活络利节、解毒除湿、健脾宣肺，临床疗效显著。

Abstract: SAPHO syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease. The late stage of this disease can lead to limited movement of multiple joints throughout the body, even disabled. This article introduces one case of SAPHO syndrome, which was treated by Professor Yan Xiaoping, a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in China, who uses the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Professor Yan believes that the disease to liver and kidney deficiency as the main causes of the disease, wind, cold, humidity three qi miscellaneous to the main causative factors, evil qi invasion leads to poor flow of qi and blood is unfavorable muscle and joint pain, cold and wet content from yang heat is pustules, treatment should be to nourish the kidney and liver, activate the joints, detoxify and dehumidify, strengthen the spleen and promote the lungs, significant clinical efficacy achieved.
