中医药治疗臁疮的研究进展

摘要: 臁疮作为一种临床难治性疾患，严重影响患者生活质量。现代医学多采用外科干预手段，但存在创面愈合困难、病情易反复等问题。近年来，中医药在该病治疗领域展现出独特优势。中医学认为，该病的发生发展与长期气血不足、经络瘀滞、湿热蕴结等因素密切相关，最终导致局部肌肤失养、邪毒蕴结而形成溃疡。在治疗策略上，中医药遵循整体观念，采用内服外治相结合的综合疗法，其中外治疗法因其显著疗效而备受关注。针对该病病程迁延、治愈困难的特点，多疗法联合应用更能体现中医药的整体调节优势。本文系统梳理了近年来中医药治疗臁疮的研究进展，旨在为临床实践和科学研究提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract: As a clinical refractory disease, ecthyma seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Modern medicine mostly adopts surgical intervention, but there are problems such as difficult wound healing and easy recurrence of the disease. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in the treatment of this disease. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence and development of the disease are closely related to long-term qi and blood deficiency, meridian stasis, damp-heat accumulation and other factors, which ultimately lead to local skin dystrophy and accumulation of pathogenic toxin to form ulcers. In terms of treatment strategies, traditional Chinese medicine follows the holistic concept and adopts a comprehensive therapy combining internal and external treatment. Among them, external treatment has attracted much attention because of its significant efficacy. In view of the characteristics of the disease’s prolonged course and difficult cure, the combined application of multiple therapies can better reflect the overall adjustment advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper systematically reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ecthyma in recent years, aiming to provide reference for clinical practice and scientific research.
