摘要: 随着互联网技术的飞速发展，电商行业蓬勃兴起，为社会提供了丰富的就业机会。在此背景下，残疾人这一特殊群体迎来了新的就业契机。本文深入探讨电商平台为残疾人创造的就业新途径，分析残疾人在电商领域就业的现状、优势与挑战，并结合实际案例提出针对性的发展策略与建议，旨在为推动残疾人在电商平台实现充分就业、提升生活质量、促进社会融合提供理论支持与实践参考。通过研究发现，电商平台凭借其独特优势，为残疾人就业开辟了广阔空间，但同时也面临诸多问题，需政府、社会、企业与残疾人自身共同努力，完善相关体系，助力残疾人在电商领域实现稳定、高质量就业。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology, the e-commerce industry is booming, providing rich employment opportunities for the society. In this context, the disabled, a special group, has ushered in a new employment opportunity. In this paper, the new ways of employment created by e-commerce platform for the disabled are discussed in depth, and the current situation, advantages and challenges of employment for the disabled in e-commerce field are analyzed. Combined with practical cases, targeted development strategies and suggestions are put forward, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the full employment of the disabled in e-commerce platform, improving the quality of life and promoting social integration. Through research, it is found that e-commerce platform, with its unique advantages, has opened up a broad space for the employment of the disabled, but at the same time it also faces many problems. The government, society, enterprises and the disabled themselves need to work together to improve the relevant system and help the disabled achieve stable and high-quality employment in the field of e-commerce.
