基于CiteSpace的针刺蝶腭神经节的研究探析

摘要: 目的：基于软件分析探索了解近些年有关针刺蝶腭神经节的研究进展以及对于该领域的热点分析，为后面该领域的研究探索提供指引。方法：以中国知网中检索1995年1月~2025年1月发表的运用针刺SPG的相关文献为研究对象，使用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对筛选出的文献进行可视化计量学分析。结果：共纳入190篇文献，得出近30年发文量呈微弱上升趋势；发文量最高的作者为陈陆泉；涉及194个研究机构；“针刺、针刺疗法、鼻炎、神经节、疗效”等141个关键词；针刺、针刺疗法、神经节等7个聚类标签。结论：近年来该领域的发展趋势正稳步迈向临床研究疗效的探索与实践，实施了众多具有鲜明特色的治疗方法有望为患者提供更加个性化、高效的医疗干预，进一步促进该领域的蓬勃发展。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the research progress of acupuncture sphenopalatine ganglion in recent years and the analysis of hot spots in this field based on software analysis, so as to provide guidance for future research and exploration in this field. Methods: The relevant literature on acupuncture SPG published from January 1995 to January 2025 was retrieved from CNKI as the research object, and the visualized econometric analysis of the screened literature was carried out by CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software. Results: A total of 190 articles were included, and the number of published papers showed a slight upward trend in the past 30 years. The author with the highest number of articles is Chen Luquan; 194 research institutes involved; 141 keywords such as “acupuncture, acupuncture therapy, rhinitis, ganglia, curative effect”; 7 cluster labels such as acupuncture, acupuncture, ganglia, etc. Conclusion: In recent years, the development trend of this field is steadily moving towards the exploration and practice of clinical research efficacy, and the implementation of many distinctive treatment methods is expected to provide patients with more personalized and efficient medical interventions, and further promote the vigorous development of this field.
