摘要: 随着数字技术的发展，电子商务逐渐成为重要的就业模式。它为消费者带来便利的同时，也为残疾人这一特殊群体带来就业机遇。然而，残疾人在电商经济的工作中遇到的挑战也是不容忽视的。这些挑战如果不能解决，势必会影响到残疾人的就业和自身发展。以助人为主要目的的社会工作可以发挥专业特长优势，运用专业方法帮助解决残疾人在电商领域遇到的问题，提高他们的生活质量。

Abstract: With the development of digital technology, e-commerce is becoming an important mode of employment. While it brings convenience to consumers, it also brings employment opportunities for a particular group of persons with disabilities. However, the challenges encountered by persons with disabilities in working in the e-commerce economy cannot be ignored. These challenges, if not resolved, will inevitably affect the employment of persons with disabilities and their own development. Social work, whose main purpose is to help people, can take advantage of its professional expertise and use professional methods to help solve the problems encountered by people with disabilities in the field of e-commerce, by improving their quality of life.
