转化治疗在老年肝癌患者中的应用

摘要: 中国老年人口规模大，老龄化速度加快，肝癌的发病率伴随年龄增长，老年肝癌的治疗也成为重点关注的临床研究。随着临床医学研究的发展，肝癌的治疗方案也在不断地更新、完善，而转化治疗在晚期肝癌的治疗中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文着重探讨老年肝癌的临床特征及转化治疗在老年肝癌患者中的临床应用，倡导个性化诊疗和多学科协作的重要性。
Abstract: China has a large elderly population and is experiencing an accelerated aging process. The incidence of liver cancer increases with age, making the treatment of liver cancer in the elderly a key focus of clinical research. With the development of clinical medical research, treatment protocols for liver cancer are continuously being updated and improved, and conversion therapy plays a vital role in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. This article focuses on discussing the clinical characteristics of liver cancer in the elderly and the clinical application of conversion therapy in elderly patients with liver cancer, advocating the importance of personalized diagnosis and treatment as well as multidisciplinary collaboration.
