国内外情绪表达冲突研究进展
Research Progress on Ambivalence over Emotional Expression at Home and Abroad
摘要: 自20世纪以来，情绪作为影响个体心理与行为的重要变量，逐渐受到学界广泛关注。情绪表达冲突作为其中的关键概念，反映了个体在情绪表达过程中所体验的矛盾心理。近年来，关于情绪表达冲突的理论与实证研究不断拓展，涉及其定义、测量工具、影响因素及作用机制等多个方面。本文系统梳理国内外相关研究成果，旨在为后续深入探究情绪表达冲突提供理论基础与实践参考，并指出当前研究中存在的不足与未来的发展方向。
Abstract: Since the 20th century, emotion has increasingly attracted scholarly attention as a key variable influencing individual psychology and behavior. Ambivalence over emotional expression (AEE), as a central concept, reflects the internal conflict individuals experience during emotional expression. In recent years, both theoretical and empirical studies on AEE have expanded, covering its definition, measurement tools, influencing factors, and underlying mechanisms. This paper systematically reviews relevant research findings from China and abroad, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and practical reference for future in-depth exploration of AEE. It also identifies current research limitations and proposes directions for future development.
